Hi, I’m Ashley — Licensed Master Esthetician and the heart behind Storybook Skin.

Before any of this, I worked long shifts in a factory. I know what it feels like to run on empty, to look in the mirror and see stress, exhaustion, and burnout staring back at you. My skin reflected everything I was carrying, and during that season of life I realized something that changed me: people don’t just need skincare. They need care. They need a quiet place to exhale.

That realization is what led me here.

I went on to attend Paul Mitchell, where I graduated with Honors and completed over 1,200 hours of training as a Master Esthetician. But more than anything I learned in school, my own experiences shaped the way I care for people.

I don’t believe in chasing perfection. I don’t believe you need to erase every line, spot, or sign of living to be beautiful. Your skin tells your story, and I think there’s something deeply human in that.

When you come to Storybook Skin, I want you to feel safe, seen, and cared for. Whether you’re struggling with hormonal acne, hyperpigmentation, sensitivity, aging concerns, or you’re simply exhausted and need time for yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you without judgment or pressure.

Storybook Skin was created to be the kind of space I once needed myself — peaceful, comforting, and restorative. A place where you can slow down, rest, and leave feeling a little lighter than when you walked in. It is a zero pressure & judgment free-zone.
